First Visit

What to Expect

Your first visit is 90 minutes long and involves a comprehensive intake, exam, dietary consultation, and an acupuncture treatment. If necessary, laboratory testing may be required. I will create a custom treatment plan specific to you.

How to Prepare

Eat a light meal an hour or two before arriving
Avoid caffeine, pain medications or alcohol several hours before arriving
Wear loose fitting clothes
Bring a list of medications, vitamins and supplements that you are taking

First session: $125
Follow up sessions: $75

Insurance

We accept out-of-network insurance, however an Insurance Verification Form must be submitted prior to your first visit to establish coverage. We process claims for many insurance companies including United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Blue Cross & Blue Shield Federal, and many other companies. We will contact your insurance provider and advise you about what is covered by your policy. The cost of treatment may be partially or even totally covered by your health insurance. However if you do not have health coverage, we have implemented an affordable payment schedule.
